Inclusion & Disability

BNAYNAŠA was born from a strong conviction: inclusion should not be an option, but a reality experienced by everyone, every day.

We work to ensure that people with disabilities are fully recognized, respected and integrated into all spheres of society – starting with our local communities.

A reality still too fragile

Despite legal advances, many people with disabilities still live today:

  • invisible or visible discrimination;
  • difficulties in accessing school, employment, leisure activities;
  • social and psychological isolation;
  • lack of support for their families and caregivers.

Our objective is clear: to change mentalities and structures so that difference is perceived as an asset .

Our approach

We intervene at different levels:

  • Awareness raising : information campaigns, interventions in schools, inclusive events;
  • Support : listening, guidance, support with procedures;
  • Active solidarity : financing of equipment, organization of activities, promotion of talents.

We particularly support people who have multiple vulnerabilities (precariousness, isolation, double disability, etc.), through a comprehensive, human and fraternal approach.

A vision inspired by the Gospel

Our commitment is deeply rooted in a Christian vision of human dignity. We believe that every person, regardless of their situation, is the light of the world and carries within them a unique mission.

“You are the light of the world.” – Matthew 5:14

Changing the way we look at things, together

Inclusion begins with the gaze: a kind gaze, a brotherly gaze, a fair gaze. Our actions aim to open hearts, doors, and opportunities.

Join us in building a world where every person, with or without a disability, has their place, their voice, their dignity.
